Referral Rewards
When a project you introduced successfully closes, you receive a reward based on the final project value.
Reward slabs
These are example reward slabs. Actual rewards are governed by the policy active at the time the deal closes.

| ₹2,00,000+ | ₹10,000 or CustomFor large projects, a custom reward may be offered. |
Reward slabs are set by OneGuy and may be updated over time. The reward applicable to your referral is the one active at the time the deal is marked as won.
How rewards are processed

Deal Closes
Admin marks the deal as Won. A project is created.

Reward Created
A reward record is created based on the applicable slab.

Review & Approval
OneGuy reviews and approves the reward.

Payment Processed
Admin records the payout. You receive confirmation with a transaction reference.
Important notes
- —Rewards are only paid when a project successfully closes and payment is received by OneGuy.
- —The client must have explicitly confirmed the introduction via the referral link.
- —Only the first verified referral for a client holds attribution (within the ownership period).
- —Self-referrals may be reviewed before approval.
- —Reward payments require valid identity and payment details.
- —OneGuy reserves the right to hold, reduce, or reject rewards for referrals that were found to be in bad faith.
