No client is ever contacted without explicit confirmation. The client must click the confirmation link and agree to be contacted before OneGuy reaches out.
Every referral has a unique ID and visible status. Connectors see every stage from introduction to reward. Nothing is hidden.
First-verified-wins rules prevent duplicate disputes. Attribution is clear, published and consistently applied.
Reward slabs and policies are published. Rewards are paid only when projects successfully close. No vague promises.
Client data is handled securely. Private information is never exposed publicly. Admin access is restricted and audited.
If anything is unclear, Connectors can raise a query from their dashboard. Every concern is reviewed and addressed.
The Connector describes the opportunity and enters the client's basic information.
A unique confirmation link is created for the client.
The Connector shares the link directly with the client. The client opens it and confirms they are open to a conversation.
The consent timestamp, IP address and verification method are recorded for audit purposes.
Only after confirmation does OneGuy contact the client. The referral moves to the next stage.

No. OneGuy will only contact a client after they have explicitly confirmed their interest through the referral confirmation link. Client consent is mandatory before any outreach.
The first verified referral takes ownership. If multiple Connectors refer the same client, the one whose referral was confirmed first holds attribution for the ownership period (typically 90 days).
Yes. Every referral has a unique ID and a dedicated detail page in your dashboard where you can see the current status at every stage.
You can raise a query directly from the referral detail page in your dashboard. The OneGuy team will review and respond.
